Salus Solutions is a Kent based Social Enterprise offering training, professional and vocational qualifications, support, consultancy, fund-raising and infrastructure development for individuals and organisations who work with and on behalf of children, young people, families and communities.
We are the sister company of Project Salus CIC (formerly known as Kent Safe Schools), which was part of Kent County Council for 16 years. In 2010, KCC decided that the functions of Kent Safe Schools would no longer be provided in-house but by an external body, at which point Project Salus was set up as a Social Enterprise.
Salus Solutions was created to further develop the experience, knowledge and learning developed through Project Salus and to cascade it out as training, consultancy and support across the children and young people’s work force, to collaboratively assist the development of individuals and organisations.
We deliver a range of services, including;
- City and Guilds Qualifications
- Restorative Approaches training and support
- Emotional First Aid (EFA) training
- Drugs Education and advice
- Anti-bullying training and support
- Work Based Learning
- E-safety training and support
